The Austrian workshop of the European Language Resource Coordination (ELRC) aims at exploring the status quo and the future of language technology for the German language. Developers and users of language technologies, both from the private and public sector, will present experiences, requirements and opportunities for transforming digital interaction in multilingual Europe. In addition, we will discuss how language data, i.e. texts and spoken language, can drive developments in artificial intelligence.
Francisco Webber, CEO of Cortical.io, will participate in the panel discussion “Language technologies in Austria from an industry perspective”.
